Questions We Hear Most.
Is this a course or actual coaching?
It's coaching. No pre-recorded videos, no Slack communities to get lost in, no generic frameworks. Every session is live, 1-on-1, and built around your specific situation.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
A consultant delivers work product. This is different — you're building the knowledge and systems yourself, with someone who knows where to push and what questions to ask. You leave with capability, not just deliverables.
What if my product isn't fully ready yet?
This program is for founders whose product is ready to go to market. If you're still in build mode, this isn't the right time. Apply when you have something you can sell.
How do I know which track is right for me?
That's what the fit call is for. You don't need to figure it out before you apply. We'll assess together and place you in the track that matches where you actually are.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
That's up to you. Some founders will be ready to run independently. Others may want to continue working together. We'll talk about what makes sense. There's no hard sell.
Why only 10 spots?
Because this is 1-on-1. Keeping it to 10 founders means every session gets full attention. It's not a scarcity tactic — it's a quality decision.
What's the time commitment outside of sessions?
About 3-5 hours per week of execution work depending on the module. The sessions are an hour. The results come from what you do between them.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds. This is a full commitment on both sides. We do a fit call specifically to make sure this is right before you pay — that's your due diligence window.
